In a stroke round, whilst playing the seventh hole, Greg, believing he had started with 13 clubs adds a 7-iron to his bag without delaying play.
He completes 3 more holes then realises he now has 15 clubs (actually started with 14).
Greg, immediately (and correctly) takes his 7-iron out of play, then continues with his round.
Greg is disqualified.     [REF: 4S1534]

During a stroke round, both David and Greg play their second strokes (from very close to each other) onto the putting green.
David then asks Greg what club he had used for his second stroke. Greg responds with the club he had used.
Both players get a 2-stroke penalty.        [REF: 4S1537]

Playing stroke, Jill's ball has come to rest on the fringe of the putting green.
Without reason, Jill lifts her ball without marking it first, cleans it then substitutes a different ball and places that on the spot of her original ball.
Realising her error, Jill marks/lifts the substituted ball and replaces it with the original ball then plays that to the putting green (removing the marker first).
Jill gets just 1 penalty stroke.     [REF: 4S1518]

In a stroke round, Jill's second stroke from the general area slams into the face of a greenside bunker and is unplayable.
She decides to replay the stroke, drops a ball compliantly then plays to the putting green.
Jill gets a total of just 1 penalty stroke.      [REF: 4S1504]

Liz is playing stroke and carrying her own bag (good healthy stuff).
Whist playing a hole, Liz stands her bag near her ball.
Whilst working out how to play her next stroke, a gust of wind blows the towel that Liz has placed on top of her clubs on to her ball (at rest in the general area) causing it to move.
Liz gets a 1-stroke penalty, and her ball is replaced.     [REF: 4S1446]

Playing stroke, Jill's stroke from on the putting green accidentally strikes the removed flagstick that is lying on the putting green.
Her ball has come to rest fairly close to the hole.
Jill replays the stroke and then holes out with 2 more putts.
There is no penalty.      [REF: 4S1513]
